Please remember that my comments were in relation to the spate of comments the past few days about "insider buying". The GuruFocus article referring to the filings was the last straw.

I have no issue with insiders selling all or part of their shares. My issue was with how the filings were being couched as insider buying. Many received free shares with the rest receiving them at deep discounts to the market price, so using the term "buying" is the wrong phrase. "Insider accumulation" would be more appropriate. One is a transaction, the other more of a gift.
