My only gripe with GNGR was the 2 orders that I placed for chocolates that never arrived to their desination.

Im sure at some point they were made, or perhaps they just never got made - but to me that is horrible customer service and offering products, collecting $$ and then not sending them is ILLEGAL.... but it was just the customer service around the whole thing, so I worry about the VORTEX going forward, how the customer service experience will be. There will be questions about the mechanics, Im sure they will break too, and who will be there to answer their questions.... that was the 1 worry for me.

I think the VORTEX is a great product, and even though I dont know the industry, they appear to have alot of good uses outside of the chocolate industry as well.
So my only issue with GNGR was that - and I would like my $50 back at some point, I was offered a refund, but never got that either. Its not the $$ that matters, $50 cant buy much now-a-days, its just the principle.
