They state they are a manufacturing business, producing! The machine to do torrefaction DOES have a lead time. Has the JV partner built other plants ever.....
The good news is:
Q2 is in the books and we'll see whether there is revenue and cash ending June 30, 2014.
Private placement memorandum will show what "more informed" investors are willing to pay for the company shares along with their terms and conditions. The pricing included may already be placing a "CAP" on price per share?
