SUIP...probable RM with Event Cardio Group.....

A Google search of the new phone number listed on yesterday's 8-K shows there is a connection to Event Cardio Group (a start-up medical device/software/telemedicine company based in Canada). I am assuming the RM will likely be done with this company.....

It would appear there is now a pretty strong possibility that Event Cardio Group (ECGI) is the RM target for the SUIP shell. John Bentivoglio's purchase of an equity/control stake in SUIP, and the information contained in Bentivoglio's United States LinkedIn profile page, would seem to point in that direction.

I'm not entirely sure at the moment what the management of the RM would look like, since the management section of ECGI's website and Bentivoglio's LinkedIn information currently conflict with each other.....
