There is not a fixed cost to revenue ratio.
There C2R ratio is variable & can only be calculated after each earnings period, you can get the current C2R from Q1 financials but you will need to wait till Q3 to get a better idea considering all the new hires, app developers, office leasing, part time employees, advertising, etc.
The actual cost to the company for electronic transactions do not change, we have a lease at the QTS Data Center which processes & saves all transactions.
