I think Peter was spot on here :

Catherine Murray: Peter when you look at your stock and your stock price, and you look at the valuation – the way the stock has run – and then you look at the fundamentals and then where revenue and profit is. Does that make sense to you?

Peter Tassiopoulos: Absolutely. Absolutely. I mean, people sometimes forget that in our industry, the multiples are derived not just from the revenue and definitely not from trailing revenue perspective, but how valuable are you to a solution. When VMware acquired Airwatch at 20 times forward earnings – $1.5 billion for $70 million – what they acquired was their mobile device management software, not their revenue. When we go into an application scenario where somebody needs to move the last 20 or 30 percent or the entire program goes off the rails, we’re worth more than just that 20 or 30 percent.
