Well my attempt to find the S.D.E plant in Guangzhou turned up with nothing...I wrote to Shumuel Ovadia as well as Ori Mayer, who is listed as a Project Manager for S.D.E based in Florida in hopes that they could give me some type of direction as to where I could find it..Keep in mind Guangzhou is I believe the 3rd largest city in China with over 20M people...

I did receive a reply from Ori stating (at first) that he has a very strict NDA and was unable to provide me with any information..I pressed him further, and told him what I was trying to do...He wrote me back and advised that he passed my e-mail on to Mr. Ovadia...Both have accepted me as a contact in LindedIn

Unfortunately my trip to Guangzhou was cut short and I had to move on to my next city..

I am still bullish on the stock but would really like to see some type of confirmation from the company that in fact some of these "projects" are in fact online...

There is alot of talk here about the "deals" they have in place, but until this merger is completed it is all speculation..
