Convincing Bottom Maybe ,
INTC has taken out the 04 lows , it could easily bottom below 15, or lower. I do not see a Hammered bottom what so ever. If it stops in here and then moves into the 23 gap area then yeh maybe a bottom is at hand. 2 and 1/2 years of gains gone , think it will make three?
