Thanks Wishful on posting APDN's board PR on the reverse split option so we get listed. Both options (or two options among several:[/quote]

NASDAQ requires a minimum bid price of $4.00 or a minimum
closing price of $2.00 or $3.00 per share (depending upon the applicable listing
standard) in connection with the initial listing application.

NYSE MKT requires a minimum price of $2.00 or $3.00 per share in connection
with the initial listing application.

We are also required to meet additional conditions to list our
common stock on NASDAQ or NYSE MKT and there is no guarantee that
we will be able to meet those conditions.

We will submit an application to list our common stock on NASDAQ
or NYSE MKT at such time as determined prudent by our Board of
Directors.

I'm preferring the NYSE MKT listing at the moment for a lower split ration where $2.50 ÷ our current 12.05¢ approximates 20-to-1 Reverse Split vs. the 40- and 60-to-1 they're swinging about. Nuther feature of the NYSE is it's been bought out. Bernie Madoff still owns the NASDAQ:), nah, made that up.

I think we may want to talk about going to the major index with the least overhead for us. 60-to-one may be an ego thing on my part, but we'll have to have significant PPS GAIN between now and the listing, any listing, for me. May just be me. Pondering all this.
