Timing...

My rationale is 1) prelim 14c - must wait ten days for distribution of information to reach shareholders/public announcement...

Then - after ten days -the def14c is (or can be) filed.. following the def14c -is another 20 day regulatory window before a transaction is "official"..

Keeping in mind- these are the shortest windows that paperwork can turn around - there are often amendments/revisions and extenuating circumstances that can delay or negate original intentions.. so best case scenario from that perspective -from my naïve view.. is def14c filed Monday July 21st + 20 days..

A lot can happen between now and then- I'm on board with all of you -and don't know any more than any one of you. I'm just an SEC & FINRA geek.

Reference:
REGULATION 14C
DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 14(c)
I should add that as we see each of these occur -it is one step closer to everyone's goal! :)
