I read somewhere that they wanted to move to AMEX/NYSE by the end of the year. If that is the case, they probably have to do a number of things to get the share price to the threshold to qualify, including a share buy back program and a reverse split. If they are going to meet the deadline set, expect to see movement soon on both of these.
