I see the Form 7 report dated May 5, 2014. I only see 2,000.000 units (1 share of stock and 1 warrant for 1 share of stock - as a single unit) The stock share price shows CDN $1.00, and the warrant value is CDN $1.12. With the value of the shares at the close of yesterday, I don't see where 5 million shares will be placed on Monday. I would think that whomever bought those units would wait for those prices to be below the acutal share price to get a discount. No? Did I misunderstand the report? Any other interpretation would be appreciated. Thanks.
