SN this makes the most sense, I firmly believe the buyout offer is real whether or not is actually happens we will see. DDW wants Sintek which CVRG owns. DDW is a legitimate Investment group who owns multiple companies involved in mining/exploration. Bloomberg, WSJ, CNN etc. do not run stories on buyouts if they can not confirm all the information. CVRG's attorney Stephen Zrenda specializes in mergers/acquisitions and has been in business since the mid 70's. I dont think this man would be involved in a buyout scam to sell shares nor would DDW. This is a tiny company no one is paying any attention too, but that will change and the PPS will rise.
