Remember also. Someone already owned 520 mill this time last year, and there hasn't been enough volume in the last year to even make a dent in that number. So there is only about 210 mill after that outstanding, and, if you look at the volume in the last few weeks someone(maybe the same someone was given 510 mill last year) has been dumping ( or buying as I believe) to gain control and minimize the .08 damage that someone has to pay others. And me, if I was trying to buy in a company, I would want to buy at the cheapest possible price avalilable. On the downside, lets say the deal is bogus, now someone has bought a huge lot of shares at the 52 week low, win win for everyone except those who are only looking for .08.
