No dilution? Lol VNDM and VFIN on inside ask intermittently tells me a different story and it's called DILUTION!

Level 2 doesn't lie. 99% of time If you see VFIN on inside ask and nowhere near inside bid the company is diluting. VNDM usually represents companies or financiers who are dumping shares that they were given at a discount. It's why I sold this for a loss awhile back. Good luck to all here.
