well, not sure what the time frame is for issuance after the 18th, but you got to believe they have to get all this info from every broker to see who holds shares and this could probably take some time. Me thinks while all this is happening the share price will accumulate so that when the .08 comes to effect, it won't be such a major jump. I can see over .01 easily next mid week and beyond sooner than later.............lets see.....
