Not a single legitimate gold mining company has EVER issued toxic death spiral convertibles. Not a single one. Certainly not ABX, who is prohibited from doing so through their TSX listing.

You can't succeed in business by issuing hundreds of millions, if not billions, of floorless shares at a minimum 70% discount to market. Toxic death spirals have killed every company that has ever issued them. And NBRI will not be different.
