Dreaming. NTEK will never be anything other than penny stock or delisted. According to your scenario there's going to be a PR that's going to blast this stock up. If that were remotely true then wouldn't NTEK start buying back shares now before this huge increase. How stupid could they be to release information that would cause a precipitous increase in stock value and then next month start their buyback. All talk as usual with NTEK. Promises and dreams.
