Anything can happen, but this buyout thing can easily be nullified if either party has issues with due diligence
So the SEC would have to have some strong evidence that this whole thing was fraud, then they would temp.suspend. to put in grays, they would kill everyone here with that move. I personally, do not see something that obvious here, but i am not the SEC. I bought more today praying otherwise
If this doesn't go right, I may have to go back turning tricks....
