Sorry. Still not buying it.

If someone couldn't figure out that a company with purported billions was a scam when it couldn't even pay its annual corporate registration fees, then they just didn't want to see. If I respond to a Nigerian email asking me to forward 500 dollars to close a 10 million dollar inheritance, who is to blame?
