INVT - Worth a visit? INVT announced July 15 the filing of a patent infringement lawsuit against Genband in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. INVT prefers to work directly with alleged violators to settle without litigation but if a company repeatedly refuses to negotiate Inventergy will defend its rights through all available means including litigation.
