Well then that's pretty good. I hope you are able to pull that in. It would be a useful tool. Short covering, although powerful IMO, is not as powerful as accumulation, after the shorts cover. With accumulation you have an investor willing to go a longer distance with a bullish result, whereas the short cover has already gone it's distance and just clearing the position. I believe it would be good to know in a situation like CPST. Today's trade looks like a channel trade. The 1.36 is upper resistance and technical traders are looking at that and either selling or not willing to buy above that number. Insert black box too.

There was another issue XGTI where it POPPED on HUGE news TWICE only to be beat back down from a top that couldn't sustain. Profit taking, high buyer bail out and I would have to assume short positions being taken at near the top beat it back down. When they close the larger short positions any buying then seems more supportive which would be nice to see here with CPST!
