I think the reason is that when they missed the fin date without an explanation, many thought they were just waiting for the ticker change. But when that happened and still no fins some thought well, must just be because they are waiting for all the brokers to update so people can trade. Now enough time has passed for that and still no fins. It is the lack of fins that is really causing the drop.
