What I am confused about is if Biochar is produced by Biochar Now and VGPR is a distributor, how is that $1 million dollars going to increase production? Will they be buying a stake in Biochar, producing themselves? And is this is a private placement won't this bring down the share value as I am sure those who buy into the private placement will get first dividends first etc? All this is my opinion. Please help clarify, like other PR's from VGPR this just adds to the confusion where the shareholders really stand.
