well, since the SEC is only "seeking evidence" of all this nefarious activity that has nothing to do with JBII, I will use the same canned statements always used when a penny stock operator is initially accused of something by the SEC......

innocent until proven guilty, this is the USA not a communist state, due process, it will be thrown out in court, wait, they settled but did not admit guilt, yada, yada, yada....
