You're exactly right. Steve is a tool imo and he is a liar. Talked to him in June about cc and he said it was happening in June. Nothing. And now he won't even speak to me about it no matter how polite i am about it. Among other things he has lied about. I too think its ridiculous that people no longer care about all these late filings. Acting like it isn't important. Please. You pay a company to get a job done; then they better get it done. Don't give me your bullshit about audits taking forever. its been forever already. Total bs.
