Why sell a stock with so much upside? I bought at the open on the ask, and I am now e-mailing my friends to buy today.

The press release is being addressed by Ed. We have not provided any guidance regarding Q2 and will not during the audits. The company has assembled a very strong management team: Bruce Smith-Finance, Rod Zalunardo-Operations, and Nate Wigle-Sales and Marketing and Ed is our visionary principal. I work with all of the teams as necessary. Getting this to the NASDAQ will be quite a bit of work but we feel very confident with our technology and prospects. Unfortunately, yesterday's PR was not clear in its presentation. Ed will be clarifying this situation shortly. I hope this information is helpful.
