Yes but someone posted that as an assumption, not fact. Truth is no one knows how many shares VFIN has. The assuming was that the 400 mill shares MYEC issued for debt was being sold through VFIN and VFIN has sold about 365 mill shares in volume over the past months.

Total guess really...
