Many firms have shorted (possible naked) when 30% spike in pre market not enough shares to cover quickly without shooting price up because investors buying or covering as well
U guys don't know but some firms have a lot of clout with nasdaq and forced an investigation; and they have people there to inform them the second it opens for trade and want to be the front runners to cover their positions
