Guitarzman, about the previous oil deal...

The previous oil deal was a real deal after doing my DD about such as things were very real and connected to the Ukraine Government.

I asked the QEDN CEO about that venture and things changed about moving forward with venturing to attempt to pull oil out of that venture because of the war between the Ukraine and Russia that most people on earth are aware of. I'm actually surprised that you are not aware of the war as it was nationally televised all over the world on a variety of TV stations.

Because of the war that recently happened over there where the land is located in the Ukraine, things changes drastically that would have made getting oil from that area far more difficult. I don't think that it was worth dying for. In my opinion, it was common sense that no way they were going to pursue making that deal operational considering the recent war between the Ukraine and Russia that was transpiring. No way could I personally fix my brain to even expect for the company to put themselves in such a position. I'm still not sure why you continue to question such. Do you expect for them to put themselves in such harms way?

I'm actually very glad that the QEDN CEO, Tom Makmann, had shown great resolve to bring in a new up and coming operations within the marijuana industry. I think cultivation is huge within the marijuana industry. Without cultivation of marijuana, you can't have a marijuana industry. I am very glad that Tom was proactive with turning QEDN into something versus sitting around being reactive by leaving QEDN as nothing by just sitting still hoping for something to mature with that Ukraine oil deal. I think Tom realize like what any other CEO in his position realized in that the war between the Ukraine and Russia is far bigger than him and QEDN. That was a failed oil deal for fair reasons that I truly understand and do not blame the QEDN CEO for such.
