Greedy, we both have been around the block many times. JMO, the Ximen deal will close and NBRI will receive at least the initial payment. The TSX-V frowns upon deals that are pr'd and not completed.

Additionally, if you look at Ximen, as of May, 2014, they had $800k of cash. Their last placement was at $.20 or $.25. Investor got one common share and a one half warrant exercisable in the mid 30's, the stock is trading in the mid 50's, most likely those investors are exercising their warrants, which will provide additonal capital to the company.

Also, this is how Ximen has structured their other deals.

Longer term, a strategy of a thinly capitalized junior miner exploring several properties is a recipe for disaster, especially with a $400k quaterly burn rate.
