Today's news is being undersold. NBRI just eliminated 15%-20% of their current dilution pace for the next 3 years. Of course in 3 months NBRI will have little use for dilution with full scale mining going on so this money may end up being used to open Mt Washington or some other property.

This is a great move for longs.

As for the hasn't monetized yet this is funny. In a few days NBRI will have 1/3 of the money and stock. If XIMEN backs out down the road we keep the property the money and the stock.

Just like the one Malc says fell through over and over again in a scary way. We still got cash and 500,000 shares of Caribou that was paid upfront and we keep the property. Heck I wish all our properties would be sold and the sale would fall apart like that.
