A joint venture is a contracted enterprise between two or more commercial entities. All profits, losses, and costs are split per the agreement. Who holds the license is superfluous, as it is used within the joint venture unanimously.

and ad1 would not be on this board if he did not want something!! actions speak louder then words....and just posting on this board means he or she is interested in the stock..lol i did my DD and i am very happy on owning this stock...and if anyone is not then move on and if they stay its because they want something like all humans do... but some go negative or positive.. for there own interest ..
