I have to agree about negativity. I've bailed on a stock just because the board is so toxic. I know, "do your own DD." The thing is, a part of the DD is reading the board to get a feel for a company. This is a real company with real goals. It's far better off now than it was a year ago despite the pps. It's like employees that are consistently negative about the company they work for. It's destructive.
