Question regarding outstanding shares

What is the current number of outstanding shares ? What is a reasonable number of OS that we would like ? I'm assuming in order to reduce the OS a share buyback would need to occur. If so how much money does GRCU need to fork out in order to reduce the OS to the desired number ? Thanks.
