Just got off the phone with Fred. I talked to him for a little while and he said they are all working hard to make it happen. I asked about a spin-off and would NSOL holders be left High and Dry if that happened. He said, "There is no public knowledge of a Spin-Off." He went on to say that if there was, NSOL shareholders would not be forgotton, but there is no knowledge of this happening.

Nothing major, but was nice to hear a voice. I forgot to ask about a shareholder meeting. If anyone else ever calls, please ask about this, as in, will there ever be one?
