It's really easy to understand. His ego is writing checks his azz can't cash. With virtually no board of directors and the fact that he probably works cheap he has made it possible for Gushers to look in another direction if they so desire. SOG will be in Gushers review mirror and a few years from now we will be talking about the year wasted dealing with prickly pear.
