Very realistic possibility as well. If the company mentions being contacted by other venues regarding a buyout, the pps will respond accordingly. Although it would have to be a significant name in the industry to cover all of the outstanding shares...I believe that Manny was hoping for a buy-out in the beginning, and wanting to reduce the number of shares for that very purpose, but the more interest is gained in the MJ industry, the less likely they will want to hand over the reins of the company. 5 Hour High is going to be huge, so if it is not bought out before 5 Hour hits the streets...the Price Tag will be that much higher.

Now, if the company for some reason decided to do a reverse split in the next month or two, I would be more speculative about a buy-out. Just too many shares out there right now to have to cover. Just My Opinion...
