up date with elisa this morning
i just spoke a good 10 min with elisa,i still dont know what is going on.everything is so mysterious with what they are doing,basically what she said is that the nasdaq is still asking for more paper work witch newlead as provided and we have to wait at the opening today to see what's going on.she will not tell me anything more about the paperwork required by the nasdaq.newlead will post more information as soon as they can.regarding the ironridge situation she said they are suing and will post more info when they can.basically she as nothing to say that can help us to understand the situation.they will have an hearing in 6 days now,she look very sincere in there effort to keep the company listed on the nasdaq an i believe they will do everything they can to keep the company on the nasdaq,but fact is fact and if we don't resume the trading very soon ...
we all know that investing in newlead is a high risk investment with a possible high return on investment but i have never been in such a messy situation in my life,i blame the management for putting the company in so much trouble in the past and in the present time.i don't know if Michael S. Zolotas the president is a genius for finding ways to keep the company a float or if he is an idiot for putting the company in so much trouble over the years.
i still believe that we have a chance to see that company succeed, prevaled an overcome all those trouble the company is facing.
