At a minimum, the investor contact information on Titans website should have been updated the day Bertner took over the IR contract. If Bertner is working on other tasks on the backend that can't be disclosed at this point than that is great. However, as trivial as it may seem... investors need to know who to contact. I am not being impatient...I am a concerned investor tired of giving the "benefit of the doubt" for such small things that are easy to fix.
