Sox, I am sure you remember last year RR conference when cancellation of the PoC was announced. The slides for the presentation were leaked out onto the internet a day earlier. If I recall correctly nowhere on the RR slides did they state the PoC was cancelled link below. Before the presentation the stock was surging ~2.20-2.32 somewhere around there on the information on the slides about Kevetrin and to some extent Brilacidin. Not long after Leo spoke the words that Prurisol PoC was cancelled "we are a much larger company now" the stock tanked.... as soon as he said it and it closed down for the day.

Not only did they remove a near-term catalyst in scrapping the PoC moreover to me at the time the company seemed to be wreckless scrapping a trial right before its start. Also this came with long delays already with Prurisol causing me to believe there is a issue here. Were they fighting against the need for a crossover study in Europe too?? The polymed deal sounded great. Getting all that for 5 million seemed to be win/win.

I think obviously the crossover study in the US cost less than the Prurisol PoC in Europe. But if you factor in what the move may have done to the companies market cap. especially with Aspire financing we may have lost money. Also the crossover study does not tell us if Prurisol works the European PoC would have. Now we pay for crossover and the PoC.

The information on the slides alone could have gotten us up listed!

Not bashing here but the move was my least favorite!
