IMO no, we knew these shares were out there and after the B's converted (which was the lions share) it was only a matter of time to get the rest converted. I'm glad they did this now rather than later. In my analysis I factored these in already. No worries about this. Better they did it now in my opinion.

There are no more preferred shares out there.
