Let me guess, may be during negotiations, Simplifile has indicated their intention to shift all to MYEC as stated in the MYEC PR, however Simplifile didn't expect MYEC to put down black & white
"...to replace ACH..." in their PR which is very embarrassing with
their existing partner ACH. This is just my guess, and I feel that
VERY INCOMPETENT, a warning sign to me.
