i think 4x's post makes a lot of sense
ie file both Qs' simultaneously

yes, because the filing of required periodic reports is now a strategic move, who gives a flip about the regulations, or when they are actually due......JBII sure is smart, even gaming the timing of their filings now for what "makes sense".....make up any schedule that suits them, nice....

I guess I'm crazy to think it makes *a lot of sense* to just follow the rules.....
