I believe that there are well over 8 billion outstanding and I think that Vakser will walk from the shell long before a r/s, especially with the DTC global lock which does not appear to be getting resolved by any means.

By then or sooner the OS on this SHAM will once again be played out,only thing left to do is RS this POS. Bagholders will see at least 90% of their money go POOF in the days and weeks after the RS.
