No, the Accredited Investors and little income does

The reason CANV will eventually continue its fall to well below $5 is because some of the accredited investors who bought shares for $1, and who are outsiders, will be taking profits, just as they have been the past few weeks.

Once the share price is down, the relatively large amount of shares, coupled with a very small EPS will keep it there.

Short-covering won't save the decline, because as of the end of June, there were less than 24K shares short, per the official report from OTCMarkets:

Short interest has been falling steadily as the price continues to fall and shorts cover.

BTW, I think I've found another indicator that CANV is going lower, but I have to do more research before posting about it.
