Yes I do and you know what there was no reason to raise 9.3 million in preferted stock. They could have easily sold 3 million shares via attn at 3 dollars during the 60 million share trading days and they wouldn't have to pay 10.5 percent interest. However that wouldn't help their buddies and their secret deals. All IMO.
