Form 8-K. It must be filed when material events take place. Now the 1 pallet order mentioned on fb today does not qualify, but I would almost bet a deal with Publix (or any other major retailer) would be expected, as would final payment of a debt obligation. If they aren't filing 8-Ks, then its mostly fairy tales.
