There it is. The crooks are at it again. 500:1 R/S just made a joke out of our investments. That is the one weapon that all these penny stock scammers use to wipe out existing investors. They will tell you the value of your holding is still the same as it was pre-split, but your upside potential was just divided by a factor of 500 to 1. This management team is nothing but a bunch of scammers who will undoubtedly have pps back down below a penny within six months.

I guess this made a lie out of the existing reasonable share structure. What a crook Mike Heil is. He screwed us before, and he is doing it again. JMO
