Obviously you are unaware of any of the facts at the mine even though myself and many others have posted them on this board many many times.
1) They wouldn't mine the Black channel until the lead geologist gets into the channel to do basic mapping and research would they? Well Gary was working 3rd shift till a few days ago. He will be in the Black channel soon enough. Once he completes his measurements and samples mining will begin.
2) They only need a small team to work in the new raise and in the Black channel so they can easily do both.
3) You can only move so much gravel through one raise so by opening this new one it will increase production.
So anyone can see this new raise can be constructed while mining the Black and the white channels. The only way you could think otherwise is to ignore all the facts on the ground.
